Cope Construction and Renovation enjoyed meeting some of the upper classmen at the Williamson College of the Trades Career Day where students were starting the process of exploring various employers they may wish to work for upon Graduation.  

Our Team setup a table, and had a great time discussing career goals, internship and shadowing opportunities with Cope and getting to know some of the members of the next generation of Craftsmen & women!   Mike Rowe says that for every 5 tradespeople who will retire this year, only 2 new apprentices will join the work force, to replace them, and this video echos those thoughts.
